May 18th, 1888
Bought 1 doz. Hog rings paid .10 cents.
May 20th
I paid on the Church organ .50 cents
May 23rd
Drove my old hog up to J. Lenardsons charges are $1.00.

June 4th 1888
Went to town, got some medicine for my cow
Paid $1.18
June 5th, 1888
Lost my cow, took the hide to town, 60 lb. At .03 cents per lb. Was paid $1.80.

February 11, 1889
Got a patent from the Government and an ab-
stract for section 13 town 9 south, range 5 east, from Lenardson, Lang and Stewart. Paid $15.00
February 13, 1889
Went to the courthouse (Toledo) and got a mortgage released. It was given in 1838 from James Hollister to wife to Isawe G. Green $200.
Also got a deed recorded from Philo Holt to James Hollister. The above has been neglected and is on land in Sylvania Township, Lucas County, State of Ohio. South ½ of section 13, town 9 south, range 5 east, being 80 acres more or less.
