Mon.  Apr. 16

Sunny & pleasant. Eddie finished rolling meadow & wheat. I visited school No. 1 P.M.

Anna called at Mrs. Harroun’s. The old lady still living.

 

Thurs. Apr. 19

Cool & some rain. Orange went to Toledo with butter and eggs. Bought me a bushel of clover seed. Opened drain this side of big pig pen.

 

Sun. Apr. 22

Regular service. The death of Mrs. Clarissa Harroun was announced by Mr. Borden. She died 5 P.M. yesterday.

 

Wed. Apr. 25.

White frost. Sent out 6 certificates and one failure. Planted some Early Ohio and Early Rose potatoes.

 

Thursday, Nov. 5, 1885
Hiram Miner died this morning.

Sunday, December 27, 1885
Funeral of Mr. Bidwell. Mr. Dold preached sermon.

Monday, December 10, 1888
Miss Thornton has little control of her school and is failing to secure good results.

Tuesday, December 18, 1888
Went to Adrian on a belated train and from there partly by stagecoach and partly afoot.

Sunday, December 22, 1889
E.W. Lenderson died suddenly at 3 A.M.
